1. General Information & Scope These Terms of Use govern the relationship between you (the “User” or “Member”) and Markus Messemer (operating as 151 CONCEPTS), hereinafter referred to as “Operator” or “Kaláka Konyha”, regarding the use of the website and the internal community platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Purpose of the Platform Kaláka Konyha is a digital platform designed to organize and support private neighborhood help (“Kaláka”) in the field of food processing. The platform provides tools for organization, knowledge transfer (Academy), and a recipe database. Important: The Operator facilitates the organization and provides information but does not act as a commercial food manufacturer or seller.

3. Membership & Account Security

• Registration: Access to the internal area is reserved for registered members. You agree to provide truthful information during registration.

• Account Approval: The Operator or designated local administrators (“Spájz-Masters”) reserve the right to approve or reject membership applications.

• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your access with third parties.

4. Health, Hygiene & Safety Disclaimer (Crucial) The platform provides recipes, hygiene guidelines, and processing instructions to the best of our knowledge and belief based on current standards. However:

• No Guarantee: The Operator assumes no liability for the success of the recipes or the shelf life of the preserved foods.

• User Responsibility: The observance of hygiene rules, the correct application of preservation methods (e.g., sterilization times, pressure canning), and the checking of raw materials are the sole responsibility of the User.

• Liability Exclusion: The Operator is not liable for any health impairments, illnesses (e.g., food poisoning), or damages resulting from the consumption of food produced using information from this platform.

5. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

• Platform Content: All content provided by the Operator (Academy videos, standardized recipes, texts, software) is the intellectual property of the Operator or the community. You may use this content for your personal and community activities but may not reproduce, distribute, or sell it to third parties without permission.

• Internal Area: Information found in the internal member dashboard is confidential. Sharing internal documents or Academy content with non-members is prohibited.

6. User-Generated Content (Recipes & Comments) If you submit recipes, comments, or other content to the platform:

• You grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, translate, adapt, and display this content within the platform (e.g., in the recipe database).

• You warrant that your content does not violate the rights of third parties (e.g., copyright of cookbooks).

7. Cost Sharing Model In the context of Kaláka activities, financial transactions may occur (e.g., for purchasing bulk ingredients). These are strictly cost-sharing contributions among private individuals for raw materials and energy. They do not constitute a commercial purchase of goods from the Operator.

8. Code of Conduct We value a respectful community. We reserve the right to terminate the account of any user who:

• Uses hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language.

• Uses the platform for unauthorized commercial advertising.

• Violates safety and hygiene standards repeatedly during community events.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the service. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

10. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. The place of jurisdiction is the registered seat of the Operator, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
