"Soak the dried tomatoes, which provide the intensity of flavor, for 30 minutes, then puree.<br>Place in a pot together with the tomatoes and sugar, add the pre-mixed dry ingredients, and stir everything together.<br>Then bring to a boil while stirring continuously and cook until the volume has decreased by 20%. <br>Check consistency before bottling."
